In addition to his role as President, Josh Marcus leads our Commercial Search team. In this capacity, Josh is responsible for managing client relationships with hiring leaders and human resources leaders on the commercial side of the Life Sciences, Biotechnology and Healthcare industry. Josh leads a team of 4 recruiters and project managers that specialize in, Marketing, Brand Leadership, Product Management, Commercial Operations, Commercial Insights and Analytics, Patient Engagement, Payer, Access, Reimbursement, Pricing, Business Development, Strategic Planning, etc. Josh and the commercial team have successfully filled positions across all commercial functions from high impact C-level commercial leaders to mission-critical individual contributors.
Over the years, Josh and his team have worked closely with many clients to build their commercial leadership teams and have placed hundreds of commercial professionals across the industry. Clients include very big, well-known companies such as GlaxoSmithKline and Siemens Healthcare. The Commercial team has also worked very successfully with biotechnology clients such as Amgen, helping them over the last 25 years to grow from an early stage commercial company into the Fortune 500 Company they are today. The Commercial team still works closely with many smaller, up and coming companies, including companies that are just starting to build their commercial teams and early commercial stage companies that may be the next Amgen.
