Position Summary:
The Vice President of Marketing will provide operational leadership to a team responsible for the development and scaling of a Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) digital platform that connects healthcare professionals and pharma manufacturers to bring products and services directly to patients. The ideal candidate will have healthcare experience and a demonstrated successful track-record in leading direct to consumer platforms, eCommerce, and subscriptions, particularly in the digital healthcare space. This leader will have end-to-end control of the platform’s vision, shaping product strategy, goals for growth, go-to-market plans, and team growth.
Key Responsibilities:

- Drive operations, product development, and strategy.
- Lead go-to-market efforts and project timelines across multiple geographies.
- Manage P&L, define and execute essential KPIs, and build a high-performing team.
- Collaborate company-wide to shape the product vision, with a focus on customer experience.
- Leverage enterprise-wide expertise and resources, fostering collaboration with partners.
- Champion organizational excellence by recruiting, retaining, and mentoring a diverse, world-class team.
