Executive Director, Vaccines

The Opportunity:

We have been confidentially and exclusively retained by a well-respected top 5 biopharma to fill a Senior Process Development Leadership position. Our client continues to expand their vaccines portfolio for the past 100+ years due to their exceptional scientific prowess. Key Responsibilities:

• • Responsible for the progression of the vaccine’s portfolio from discovery through commercial filing
  • Artistic license to make change, build teams, serve as a ‘talent magnet’, and hire your own hand-picked staff
  • Provide strategic scientific leadership, champion innovation and scientific excellence
  • Create and implement robust operating strategy for vaccines development
  • Manage and lead a large team of leaders and scientists at our clients largest manufacturing site
  • Collaborate extensively across functions/divisions internally and externally

Key Requirements:

• • At least 10+ years’ experience in Vaccines Process Development
  • Ph.D. is PREFERRED but not required; other advanced degrees will be considered
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Proven track record of influencing/building talent and teams
  • Track record of managing portfolio of vaccines development programs
  • Expertise with regulatory authorities and authoring regulatory submissions
  • History of introducing new technologies in CMC development and commercialization
