PHASE THREE: PROCESS MANAGEMENT

Coordinate timely interview schedule (ensure candidate cooperation)

Prepare candidates by identifying client needs, opportunities, culture and interview teams

Counsel client by providing candidate background , requirements (e.g. compensation), and preferences

Debrief candidates: respond to concerns; promote opportunity

Client follow-up: assess candidate fit, ranking and provide candidate feedback (e.g. interest in position, potential concerns)
PHASE FOUR: FACILITATE CLOSING
